I especially like the last pic because it’s plunging enough to show the back of the dress and transparent yet adds a layer.

The idea is that it would be in lieu of a veil. I’m not a fan of veils for me personally.

View Quoted Comment Depends on your taste. If you want a contrast then go with the navy. Since I’m a matchy person, I would my match it with my dress and let it the dress stand out.

View Quoted Comment I’m not so sure I love the black/dark tone over the dress although it brings more attention to it and makes it more visible. I would probably feel inclined to get an ivory color hat would compliment the dress more.

Thank you! I’ve ordered some swatches so hopefully if I find a color to match or compliment the dress I may get a cape
