To bustle, or not to bustle.

Alright guys, I am a ball gown bride! I love love love my dress, and the fact that it has just a little bit of a train. I do NOT want a bustle. I just think they look weird no matter what (with respect) especially on ball gowns. Has anyone else opted out of having a bustle? Any regrets or did it end...

*To preface the situation, we will be having a small, rather short wedding. 30 minute ceremony outside, 2 hour reception inside. First dance will be the only dance I do.

Beautiful dress! I would personally get some sort of bustle. I can imagine it being annoying to dance or walk around without a bustle. Just my personal opinion I have a mermaid gown with a train, so I can't relate 100%.

OMG, your dress is GORGEOUS, I'm sorry I already have mine, you will be STUNNING in that gown, if you're looking for mermaid style evening dresses, go to jjshouse.com, they have a huge selection to choose from, they're all made to order so it takes a couple of weeks, but I've bought several dresses from them and I highly recommend them, good luck.

You could look into doing a wrist strap for the dance and whenever you don't want to have it trailing.
