Tips - On how to remind my guest about the hotel room block

I wouldn't worry about it. Your guests are adults and can manage their own travel and accommodations. You have provided all the information to them, it is up to them to book. If you see them in person you could casually mention it in conversation.

Hmmm.. my first thought would be Facebook/email/calling/text... Maybe send a reminder in those forms to guests info you have. Then for those info you don't have, send them something in the mail. It would help keep down on costs doing it that way.

I would also mention to them that the prices are almost half price and remind them the deadline. Seeing that cost difference will help push them to do it sooner rather than later.

August is also still a little ways away, so some may be waiting until after Christmas/New Year (because it's an expensive time of the year) to purchase the hotel.

Its great you want to remind them so they have plenty of time to pay it off slowly. i would see if you could narrow down the list of who is doing it by calling the venue? then maybe you could personally reach out or maybe a save the date with the info. when did you plan on sending the invites?

You did your part by providing the info on your STD. Also, if the rate is good through August 2020, then your guests still have a lot of time remaining.
