Hello! I am having a wedding in Jamaica next November - and have a variety of different rooms on a hotel block but it has to be paid for by August 1st 2020. The rates are really good (almost half of regular price) and all information is on our wedding website. We sent out save the dates explaining the travel details were on the site.
I was wondering if anyone has any ideas/tips for how I should contact / remind my guest again about the hotel blocks & rates before I send out my official invites. I cant do Facebook/email since I don't have all my guest info. I was thinking maybe mailing cards as a friendly reminder - but have no idea.
Any tips/suggestions would be awesome, thank you all in advance!
