tips about my videographer Please!!

I need some tips and advice girls! I hired a videographer and photographer that worked with him, in Europe for a prewedding video. I wanted it as a surprise for my wedding and I told them that. I paid the deposit and he was telling me he couldn’t do early in the morning because he had a 3 hour drive, meanwhile for me it was a 5 hour drive. The reason I wanted to to it early in the morning was because there would be less crowds.. eventually it wasn’t possible so I had to change my plans around according to his schedule. The shoot went well except he didn’t even care to go to different areas because time was limited due to the fact we were an hour and a half late because of traffic and the schedule change due to his schedule. Anyways, Now that it was done, He messaged me asking if the photographer can post pics and how they came out really good I got excited and sai okay since it was just pictures, then I realized it would still give away the surprise and I messaged him about 4 hours later saying nvm don’t share it on social media. A week later, the photographer had posted my photos, and didn’t tag me like she tagged her other clients, thinking I won’t see it. I messaged her right away and her excuse was she didn’t know my username when it’s on her story, and that the videographer said okay. The videographer messaged me and didn’t even apologize and blamed me because I said yes first, and that he didn’t see my last message even though it showed it was opened. She eventually deleted the pics. After a few days he messaged me saying our photos were ready, and to send the rest of the money, I sent him the rest and asked him for the photos, and he needs a song for the video. I asked him to send it to my email, and gave him the song and he said he will in a week since he is out of town. I have him on my social media and see he is not out of town anymore, posting non work-related posts, and he has still not responded to my message if he could send me my photos so I can finish some wedding preparations using those photos. Idk what to do, he already took my money and has not sent me a single thing. What can I do ?!
