Tipping

Future.Mrs.C, on July 9, 2014 at 2:45 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 2

I had my envelopes done by a calligrapher and wasn't sure to tip? So I am asking who do you tip for your wedding and how much %?

I don't think honestly, you need to tip your calligrapher unless they did something totally amazing and unexpected.

It depends on a lot. If they are the owner of their business, then you don't need to tip them. If for other services a gratuity is included then you don't need to tip them. If they do an amazing job or go above and beyond for you on something, then you could tip them for being so awesome. There's gratuity included in my reception venue but if they do for me what I've seen them create for other brides, I'm still planning on tipping them.
