Should you tip even if the contract says tip included?

No, you don’t need to tip if it’s already included.

I wouldn't tip if it's already included. However, if you really feel like you want to and you have the extra funds, then why not?

Just clarify if a "tip" is included or if they've tacked on a mandatory "service charge" -- they may not be the same thing. Some vendors/venues include a service charge which goes to the company, not the actual staff. In that case, I'd tip those who actually do the work (e.g., servers, bartenders, delivery drivers, etc.). It can be confusing. If the provider/contract says it is a straight up "tip" that will go to those providing the service (whether that's them or their employees), then I don't think anything else is necessary unless you want to show additional appreciation for excellent service.
