We are using a local company to serve hors d’oeuvres for cocktail hour, set up the buffet for our reception (they are not serving our guests), and they are also bartending.
As part of our fees, we have to pay an 18% gratuity fee as part of our contract, which adds about $1,000 to our final total.
I’m just wondering if we should plan on tipping the bartender and waiters at the end of the night, or not worry about it since we are paying the gratuity fee?
