We’re having a small weekday wedding at a family owned venue, they’re also catering. They have a venue coordinator (we also have a day-of planner).
Our contact included gratuity for the wedding wait staff, but does not say anything about gratuity for the venue coordinator. We have no idea how much she’s paid. She hasn’t gone above and beyond or anything with us, but I still want to make sure she’s compensated fairly for her work. Especially since she’ll be on-site all day during the wedding.
Do we tip her? How much?
