Tipping - two people for one service?

So we might have two makeup/hairstylists doing the work so how do I tip? Give both 20% of total bill (if they do good job) or split the 20% between the two?

I would split the 20% from the total, or just give them 20% of the cost of their individual services. It wouldn't really make sense to tip both 20% because then you'd be tipping makeup artist for hair and vice versa.

I had two individuals for our hair and makeup. The company I hired added an 18% gratuity to the total and that was split between the two of them. I think it is probably standard to split the 20% between the two of them.
