Tipping for event coordinator at hotel

I'm unsure of how much to tip the event coordinator at the hotel. I read somewhere between $200-$500. She has helped us somewhat but not entirely. She came on half-way through the process but I don't want to stiff her either. We are spending a pretty good amount of money at the hotel, including having an after party in their lounge and a brunch the next morning. Any suggestions??

    Is a gratuity already part of your contract with the hotel? If so, find out which employees receive (if they receive) the gratuity. She might be part of that group. I doubt it, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

    Good idea to check the contract! I would tip like $100 or less?
