My DOC is coming with an assistant and 2 interns. The assistant is responsible for set up of the small intimate reception which is also 4 hours. How do I tip accordingly here. Does everyone get a tip? The principal coordinator owns her own business.

If you feel they did an amazing job, feel free to tip them. Owning a business because it's based on quality of service as a thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty.

I assume you are paying the DOC and assistant. Tip them, or not. You do not tip interns or students .
