Tipping business owner

I would say you are not obligated too and I personally wouldn't.

It doesn't seem like the bakery would really have to go out of their normal way to make these so I probably wouldn't tip either. I don't usually tip at the bakery I order from for just regular stuff.

I wouldn't tip for this. also $80 already seems steep to me for only 2 dozen cookies, so i wouldn't feel obligated to tip on top of that.

I would tip between $8 and $16 depending on the ease of ordering, politeness of staff, order being ready on time, etc.
