We have a to mail a check to our planners for a tip because we had to use the cash reserved for their tip on the wedding day for makeup instead because (surprise!) they wouldn't take a credit card.
So now, we're trying to decide whether to write a check to the company or to them personally. The 2 ladies who own the company were there on our wedding day, so I'm leaning toward writing it to them personally (putting both of their names - they're sisters) & putting "gift" in the memo.
What are your thoughts? What would you do?
