I know some have asked about Save The Dates & Invitation tracking, but the site doesn't offer this feature. I found a work around that might be able to help.
In the Guest section add an "event" for Save the Date and an "event" for Invitation. I've added one person of the couple as "Attending". This gives me the count of Save The Date and Invitations needed. This has allowed me to see my numbers without having to keep going back and forth to my Excel worksheet.
