Hello!
I am getting married and having my reception at a country club. I am already tipping servers, bartender and day of coordinator. Do I also tip the entire kitchen staff? Just head chef? Or neither?

No, they are salary and hired workers. They do not declare tips on their taxes. Writing a thank you note would be nice.
