Hello Fellow Brides ,

I need your help and advice on how to create a reception timeline. My ceremony is at a church and the reception takes place at a hall. I need to create a timeline for my Dj. Do you know of a website or tool that can help me ?

Hi Jocelyn! We went into the first dance right after we were announced, allotted 5 minutes per toast, plated dinner for 106 guests took about an hour, then did father/daughter dance, mother/son dance immediately following. Piece of advice, calculate how long the travel is between your church and reception and double it for your timeline. In case of construction or unexpected travel issue to come up, leaves you plenty of time. ❤️

Thanks for the tips. I will calculate travel distance. That definitely will play an important factor in my arrival. I want to try and be as organized as possible.
