Are you doing any entrances or introductions? A welcome speech? Those are the only typical elements I noticed are missing. I also think 90 minutes is a little long for dinner unless you’re doing a buffet and have a very large guest list.

It looks good to me except looks like dinner may be a little long unless (like caytlyn said) you have a huge guest list and a buffet dinner. I would say maybe open the dance floor at 8 right when you come back from your photos, and you can always pause the dancing to do the shoe game!

I think it looks fine! I disagree with others about dinner being too long. We had a plated dinner and they told us to block out 30 minutes per course.

I have the same questions. I guess I need to ask my venue what their timeline is since we are having the ceremony and reception at the same location

Generally yes but I'd check with your caterer about how much time is appropriate for dinner.

No entrances or introductions. For the toasts our parents are doing a welcome speech/toast and then that will lead into the other toasts. I agree that 90 minutes is long for dinner, we're only having 100 people but our caterer said 1.5 hours so I hope it doesn't feel too long! We're only doing 2 courses

Good to know, ours is plated but only 2 courses so I hope it doesn't seem too long but that's what they recommended

Yeah 1.5 hours seems super long. Even 70 mins still seems very long but it’s better!

Ok I hope not! First course will be served right away, but then toasts will be 7:05 - 7:20 ish and then main course served around 7:40 so like 40 mins to eat the main course, is that really too long? We also have table side wine service so that will keep people busy too!
