Timeline

Anyone with a 12:00 ceremony start willing to share their timeline? I am trying to create mine but I have no idea how early we should start. For reference, I am the only one having my hair and makeup done (my mom and I are tag-teaming my 3 stepdaughters). Our photographer is set to arrive at 11. I just don't know how long I should plan on everything!

Mine isn’t until January 11th but this is how I have a rough timeline. My sister has a 10am Sunday and we started hair and makeup at 6am.

Thanks! So far I have a pretty similar lay out. We have the space until 6:30. Luckily it is a hotel with an event space and we are staying there so no travel is involved.

Awesome, ours is in a restaurant so we got a hotel for all the girls to get ready in. But it’s only down the street so just walking for us. *fingers crossed for nice weather*

I'd talk to your hair and makeup artist about how long they need! I'd say 1 hour per service then another 30 minutes for your veil and dress.

    Ours was:

9:00: Arrive at synagogue. Dude of honor sent to get challah for blessing after the ceremony. Get flowers from delivery guy.

10:00: Photographer and hair and make-up person arrive. After photos of unboxing flowers, HMU person begins NotFroofy's services and photographer takes getting ready photos, while I start decorating the synagogue. NotFroofy gets dressed as soon as the HMU person finishes.

11:00: HMU person begins my services, while NotFroofy finishes decorating.

    12:00: Guests arrive.

    12:00 to 12:30 Ceremony begins.

    1:00: Photos.

    2:00: Reception begins.

    5:00: Reception ends.

    9:00 AM - bride's family photos

    10:00 AM - groom's family photos

    11:00 AM - ceremony starts

    11:30AM - cocktails/ passed apps
