Timeline - We’re almost there!!

You definitely want any accessories before your hair/make up trial so you can see how it will all look together (especially if you are wearing a hair piece or veil). For the decor, depends you can really order whenever if you have place to store them. I have my centerpieces made already and some other misc. decor.

Are you having a guest book, box for cards?

Are you having a shower? you could start thinking of things for your registry if you haven't already

Did you order your invitations or start designing them? Do you have a photographer - maybe start making a MUST HAVE shot list for them?

I feel you! My 6 month mark is this Saturday! I have my dress, accessories, shoes, alteration appointment set, all of our vendors except cake (we’re doing a small one for ourselves and other desserts for the guests) and we’re in the process of paying things off. All that’s left is decor and flowers which I’m doing myself!

The checklist in the wedding wire planner is helpful. I also just went on Etsy and searched "wedding" and got a ton of inspiration for things I hadn't thought of yet! Earrings, hairpieces, guestbook, table decor, bridesmaids gifts, lots of things that really added beautiful details to my day.

I still haven’t nailed down my accessories or shoes 😅 Every time I sit down to look at my ideas, it’s like my brain can’t focus lol. We’re not doing anything spectacular for desserts either. Just whatever our venue is offering. I’ll be doing decor (minimal) and flowers by myself as well. When do you plan on ordering your flowers?

I would look at your Wedding Wire checklist or if you have a wedding planner book, I would refer to that. Both ways have been helpful in planning on the little stuff and the details of the wedding you never would of thought of. I use both interchangeably.

Have you made your timeline yet? That helped me narrow things down. We used The Wedding Generator online.
