I have a draft I think I'm happy with, I can only afford my photographer for 6 hours. And I have to get hair and makeup done early because they were already booked for the day, and it will just be myself getting hair and makeup professionally done. 7:30-hair. 8:30- makeup. 10:00-eat breakfast. 10:30-get dresses. 11:00- flowers delivered to bride and bridesmaids.11:30-flowers to groom and groomsmen.11:30-bride to park to start photos.12:00-first look. Bridal party pictures.1:45- leave for church.2:00- ceremony.2:30-family photos at church.3:30-photos of ballroom before guest enter.4-5 ballroom opens, cocktail hour. Outdoor photos of bride and groom.5:00-grand entrance, first dance, cut cake.5:30-photographer ends buffet opens...speeches,bouquet toss, garter toss, father daughter dance.7:30-dance party!!! 11:30-goodnight!

Yes I like that and think you did a good job with the flow! Have you thought about putting disposable cameras at the reception? I think it could be fun since people will be drinking (assumption) and there won't be a prof photog you could still get some fun pictures to remember the night of dancing. The only other thing I would say is when the guests are transitioning from 230 to 4 is there something that they can do? Since they can't go into the ball room do they have to sit in their cars?

That sounds good, is there a reason why you have a 1.5 hour gap before cocktail hour starts? Is your reception site far away from the ceremony site? It sucks the MUA will be there that early but I guess that's beyond your control. I disagree with PP about a disposable camera, it's not 2001 anymore and no point paying to develop 100's of blurry, out of focus pictures of nothing.

Yes the dreaded gap!! I know it sucks!!! The ceremony being at a church has to be done earlier in the day because of mass in the afternoon. The reception has a restaurant and Large bar area, so... ya
