Is everyone having makeup done seconds before they walk down the aisle? I'm working on my timeline. I cant figure out when I should have the mua come. We are going to have lunch, take bridal party pics etc.. thoughts?

I plan on being 100% ready roughly two hours before the ceremony begins. I plan on doing pre-ceremony pictures, basically everything but FH and I seeing each other.

If you plan on eating between being ready and the ceremony starting, just wait to put on your lip product and have that applied when you're done. Shouldn't be a big deal so long as you're not eating ribs or anything lol

We will finished with hair and makeup by 2 pm for our 4:30 pm ceremony. Are you wanting everyone to sit down for lunch after getting ready or are you fine with just eating while you get ready? That would save some time.

I'm planning to eat before the mua gets there. I was hoping all of the bridal party would eat lunch together. No one is getting hair or makeup done but me. My hair will be done the night before. I'll be getting makeup done day of.

Are you planning to have any type of pictures made before the ceremony? When we met with our photographer, she gave us a timeline of when everything would be. Our ceremony is at 5:00 pm and she asked for everyone to be ready by 12:00 pm. We are having a first look, and we are also having pictures taken of everyone getting ready.

No first look. But I do want pics beforehand in our shirts and in our dresses. I'll have to ask the photographer.

I would give yourself an hour between makeup being done & walking down the aisle. Typically for bridal party pictures, you'll want everyone already done up & ready.

I had my makeup done right before I ate lunch and got in my dress. As long as you wait to put your lipstick on it should be fine.

We will be done at 2pm for 4;30 ceremony. This should give enough time for detail shots, getting dressed shots, and separate bridal party shots without rushing.
