Time allotted for setup and cleanup

I'm curious how much time people have required for set up and cleanup. We are completely responsible for setting up the reception venue tables, chairs, linens, music equipment, food, etc... I have a large family so I'm expecting 10 helping hands. The venue will break tables down and clean and take the trash out. We are responsible for removing everything we brought in at the end.
