Time allotted for setup and cleanup

I'm curious how much time people have required for set up and cleanup. We are completely responsible for setting up the reception venue tables, chairs, linens, music equipment, food, etc... I have a large family so I'm expecting 10 helping hands. The venue will break tables down and clean and take the trash out. We are responsible for removing everything we brought in at the end. Thanks in advance.

    It'll be 140 chairs 15 round tables for dinner 10 tables between the bar dj and buffet.

    We needed about 4 hours for set up and that’s with help and rushing and only 44 guests, and 2 hours for clean up.

    That's what I what allotted for in my draft. It's almost more time to set up than to party lol
