tiaras - why are they so damn expensive!?

So I found the tiara - but NO WAY AM I SPENDING $100!!!! too many sites and too many ?s if these sites are reliable! So - I'm asking - inexpensive tiara from a reliable website..... like this simple one. It's not big...it's pretty. Smiley smile

    that or theres this store called charming charlies.. if you have one around you go there tons of cute bridal sparkley things that dont cost an arm and a leg

    You could always try ebay - I've seen a bunch of tiaras, headpieces, hair combs on there. I've even bid on one, but didn't win =(. Sure you dont know the business/person, but I have never not received an item I won/bought from there and paid for. Ebay has buyer protection policies and if you pay using paypal then you get their protection policies too.

    No charming charlies in my area... Smiley smile But thanks. I'll check ebay but i got screwed on paypal - so ebay just makes me nervous anymore. but i gotta get over that too bcuz they have flower petals for $1.00/box!! woot woot!! Smiley smile

    I suggest when looking on ebay find a seller that has tons of reviews and look at a few and make sure you read the bad reviews to get a better understanding on what "issues" the seller may have so you are aware

    Hobby lobby has beautiful wedding tiaras for like less than $20-30. Less than that when they have their 50% off sale. I just bought a beautiful wedding comb there for 6bucks!

    I love mine. A lot. I did not see the point in spending so much for something to wear once when you can get one that looks just as good for less. Maybe they are Svarsk.... whatever....crystals, but they sparkle and no one will know the difference.

    I purchased mine at www.tiaratown.com and was VERY Happy with the Tiara and the service of the site. As with anything, its about what you are willing to spend. Tiaras there go from $28 - $150. I'm having a Vintage Hollywood Wedding in Las Vegas, so I treated myself to a replica of Audrey Hepburn's Tiara from Roman Holiday. It was an Exact duplicate of the real deal for a very reasonable price. Good luck and give them a shot.
