I had both. My husband surprised me with a tiara the morning of the wedding.

I personally hate veils and literally cringed when the bridal stylist wanted to put one on me when I was dress shopping. I have an awesome quartz crystal tiara I will be wearing. But if you want to do both, go for it!

You don't need a veil of you don't want to. Personally, they don't make me feel extra bridal. I'm getting a cape veil that attaches to my shoulders and have flowers in my hair

Veil. Today's are cute but didn't go with my feel for the dress. Veils are timeless and classic. If you don't like don't wear. Not every woman likes.

I am doing a head piece. I really wanted to do a veil, but it just doesn’t go with the vibe of my dress.

I have a tiara and I'm not planning on wearing a veil. I was on the fence and then I put one on at the store and realized just how itchy they are.

I'm debating on whether or not to have a veil. I want something "extra" for my hair so it will be either a veil or bridal hair piece or hair comb, but definitely not a tiara.

I dont know i never was into veils. i like that more princess feel beside i am wearing a mermaid dress or a line so IMO a tiara would go best for me

That's totally fine, it's just not for me. I feel like if I wore a tiara I'd feel like a child in a costume. I associate tiaras with little girls playing princess, beauty queens, drag queens, and royalty (which I associate with formality, stuffiness, arrogance, and being forced to follow dated traditions) - not happy, beautiful, beaming brides. My FH also thinks they are ridiculous. We're just not tiara people, but that doesn't make it wrong for anyone else who likes them.

I don't like veils so I won't be wearing one. Personally, I was thinking something more along the lines of a flower crown?

Same here! I did not like the way the veil made my dress look when she put it on! I didn't have the heart to tell her not to put it on with every dress😅

    Your veil is beautiful!

Thank you for sharing that photo. I "think" I want a veil and my dress is a similar fit-and-flare with a train silhouette, but I bought it via StillWhite so haven't been able to try it on with different accessories in a store to see how everything looks together. In my head I needed either a fingertip or cathedral length veil to work with my dress, but was nervous about a long veil because I felt like it would be too much to manage and was worried a shorter veil would feel incomplete. I think I am going to go ahead and order a fingertip length veil now!

Thank you so much!! it was so simple - it had little groups of 3 rhinestones spread out alone the edges which gave it just enough sparkle, but not enough to over power!

I hope you find exactly what you are looking for Smiley smile you will look amazing! can't wait to see what you pick!Smiley ring Smiley heart
