Yea it's legit !

We actually found our officiant on Thumbtack after looking through probably 30 on Wedding Wire & The Knot. We just couldn't find the right one but finally did on Thumbtack! We've used them for house projects too.

We found our bartender on Thumbtack.

All daughter's other vendors she found through word of mouth or more conventional referrals, but last minute she decided she wanted to add videography (with only 3 weeks till the wedding). Not knowing what else to try, she used Thumbtack because I'd read posts about it. It turned out great! They did a great job for significantly less than any other bid she'd received.

Yes! I actually found my DJ through them and she has been my most responsive vendor!

I've used Thumbtack but none of the vendors ever got back to me. Maybe it's because I live in a tiny town

We found our officiant through Thumbtack. Not everyone is super responsive on Thumbtack so it's kind of hit or miss. Our officiant has been so wonderful and helpful.

I found my seamstress on Thumbtack. The response rate for the others I reached out to was about 50/50 though.
