Three weeks and need some support

Me! I have a simple, plain dress. No bling, lace, sequins, nothing. We have rectangular farm tables and the only decor will be hydrangea vases and candles. I'm not having signs or ceremony decor. I don't have a theme or color scheme. Depending on the venue, I find decor to be unnecessary and distracting. Your wedding will be beautiful regardless!

Our wedding is on the more simple side! It's the way we want it, and it's not anyone else's decision on how we have our wedding. Your wedding is YOUR wedding, and how you want it to be! It's hard to get caught up in Pinterest and even here sometimes, but stick to who you are when it comes to your wedding!

Yes! I agree with the other posters. I got some flak on my dress because it was not "bridal enough" meaning, it doesn't have extravagant lace, beads, mesh, feathers, bling, etc. Please don't compare your weddings to the Instagram weddings, there are reasons people feel they need to go above and beyond. Your day will be simple and sweet, as will mine, surrounded by loved ones who want to party with the new couple. Why does it need to be anything more than that! Have a good time girl! And remember to just focus on yourself that day!

It's your day, if you like simple then thats perfect! Guests care most about weather, location, food, etc. So decor isn't as important. "Simple but elegant" is what I would say. Our venue decor will mostly be greenery with lit candles and string lights so i'd say simple too! You've put so much work in your wedding and I'm sure everyone will love it! At the end of the day you are there for the wedding, the marriage, being with your best feiend and family
