Stephanie, on July 18, 2019 at 1:10 PM Posted in Planning 0 5

Hey lovely people!

I'm just over 30 days away from W-Day (WHAT?!) and am working on my timeline! I think I have it finalized, but would love to see what you all think! We decided on an early afternoon ceremony, due to having our wedding in a state park that closes by 9pm. I'm open to opinions/notes/reassurance that I've allowed enough time for everything!

    Getting ready photos?

Good idea starting the ceremony a tad later than the invitation start time. People are always late.

Oops! Should put on there that the photographers will also be arriving to take photos at 10AM, and if we are done early, we can leave early (Our transportation is easily adjusted on the day of), so we will take photos at the park when we get there, before the ceremony.

Are you doing a first look? That should also be on there, it will need to be coordinated with the photographer and bridal party.

I have the first look right after our arrival at the venue, between 12-12:30. I think that’s enough time! If we are running late on the day of, I am fine skipping the first look altogether, although I would definitely prefer it! But my DOC knows all of that as well!
