Those epic veil shots 🤩

My something borrowed was my veil! It was my best friend’s (pictured) for her wedding, so I knew I wanted a pic with her and the veil!

I LOVED having the cathedral veil. I felt so bridal and it’s a once in a lifetime accessory! I ditched it after the ceremony/photos.

Here are a couple from both my adventure shoot day and wedding day.

All of these veil pics are amazing! We didn’t get any epic shots (it was a pretty still summer day and we didn’t give our photographer much time for posed pics), but I loved my veil! Nothing made me feel more like a bride.

Here are a few pics that incorporate my veil. I wore it for the ceremony and pics taken after the ceremony and removed it for the reception! The veil is what really felt bridal to me!

Thank you so much for the inspiration! After looking at these photos late into the evening, I realized it’s not that I don’t want to wear a veil, it’s that I don’t want to wear the veil I currently have! I had a really cool and unique (and stupidly expensive!) celestial veil made for me… and I love it!… but I don’t love it with my dress. After seeing your beautiful photos, I think I have made the decision to get a new veil. Hopefully I will be able to sell the one hanging in my closet to recoup some of the expense!
