Thinking

Lynne, on October 5, 2019 at 3:38 PM Posted in Planning 0 5
If we get the spot at the fairgrounds (like I am hoping for), it is the spot for the ceremony and reception.

I'm thinking instead of having the rows of chairs for the ceremony, then having to move the chairs to the tables for the reception. I like the idea of having people sit at the tables for the ceremony. That way there is less chance at anything getting knocked over or broke.

Ive seen that before just make sure the chairs are facing the direction or the ceremony and not the tables and that you have speakers set up

This sounds good to me! As long as everyone's easily able to see and hear the ceremony, it should be fine!

True but then people won’t have a good view during the ceremony, and you don’t have them move during the cocktail hour which is weird and puts off an odd vibe

Thinking about that part. I have a cousin that has a band, going to see if he can take care of the sound system.
