I would hesitate using red, silver and black blue, as it may read “Fourth of July”

Navy blue sounds like a definite option. Maybe add some champagne, silver, and gold for a "clear night sky with stars" vibe. Then as far as reds go, maybe stick with burgundies and berry tones instead of a bright firetruck red, they would go better with the whole Beauty and the Beast thing

If you're thinking "beauty and the beast", I would have yellow, even a pale yellow. I agree with a previous poster about red, navy, and silver reading "4th of July", but what about red, navy, and pastel yellow? Or navy, silver, and pastel yellow?
