Theme or color ideas

I feel the same way as you!! (I’m pretty easy going and just want to make sure that everything goes very smoothly). Our wedding is Sept 2020, and I just decided to go with early fall colors (Merlot/deep red, orange, yellow, white, gold, etc). I’d suggest looking up wedding decor posts on Pinterest, etc. for inspiration.

If you can’t think of anything just choose your favorite color or his and use Google/Pinterest for ideas and one of them will jump out at you and say “this the one” like when you picked your dress.

Are there any strong colors in your country club venue? That’s a good start.

Choose some colors you like. For instance I chose mint and blush because I love mint and blush went well with it

First of all you don’t need a theme. My theme is wedding. But you need it to reflect you and your fiancé. We are simple people and second marriage. My friend is doing a travel them because they met on a plane. I have a blush dress so I am using colors that compliment it. I like my CC venue because the windows and openness. If yours is same, fall colors might be what you do if you live in that sort of area. I love purple but I am having white and pink flowers. Do what you love for colors.

I don't really think themes are necessary. I love fall colors! This is my fav ATM.

So I don't really have a theme. I decided on my bridesmaid gown color when I was at the nail salon one day. My nail lady brought me the color ring and I accidentally chose a color that was almost identical to the one on my nail already, taupe. Then I realized I almost ALWAYS choose a neutral color when I get my nails done because they go with anything I wear. That's when I made the decision to do a neutral colored wedding. Timeless, simple, pretty! Here is a link to my inspo thread. I incorporated my favorite color, blue, with the suits. That way there can be some blue accents but everything won't have to be blue. What color do you choose when you go to the nail salon?
