I'm thinking of updating my website to include a travel notice for the virus. My wedding isn't until June, but the state we're holding the wedding has some challenges 1)No cases have arrived there yet - but it's just a matter of time. This means that their intense period is going to fall later than the rest of the nation. 2) all my relatives and my FH, myself, and our children all must travel to get there (only 10 can avoid planes). 3) we have 'at risk' family members.
How does this sound:
We are aware of the challenges involved with traveling to our wedding. While the wedding will still be held as planned, we encourage everyone to make the choice that best suits their circumstances and concerns regarding travel plans and attendance. Each of you will be present in our hearts on our wedding day and we hope that circumstances allow for your presence also.
