There are ones on Zulily today that aren't very expensive. Not sure about the size, but I love me some Zulily! I got the flower girl dresses on there like 80% off.

I can't sew mine into the dress bc the top of my dress is sheer and already has like white pads where the boobs are. But my boobies need some lift. The seamstress told me to bend over and tape the under side of my boobs together using medical tape. But medical tape is white and you can see it through my sheer top.

They make clear transpore tape that would probably work for you. I love that stuff its a plastic tape that is easy to work with...

I love those things. I stick them as far as I can to the sides of my boobs and then snap them together in the front. CLEAV-O!!!!
