Throughout this wedding process, the one thing that is non-negotiable for me is to incorporate Harley, our rescue dog, to our wedding. She’ll be walking down the aisle with my brother and future husband, Harley, and I will be walking out together 😍

The one tiny detail that makes me smile every time is the custom cake topper of Harley. I plan on making her look mischievous as she takes a bite of the cake like this: The Smallest Detail I’m Most Excited About 1

I've seen a few similar toppers/ figurines on Etsy, and they're adorable! We might do a signature drink that incorporates our fur babies.

So cute! My fiancé and I have a cat who is literally our best friend. We would love to include him if we could lol. We’re in the middle of leash training for when we get our RV and he’s less than impressed with wearing a harness but we will be doing this for our cake. We can pick which couple silhouette we want and then which cat we want with us

Super cute!!! I love it! Haha my fiancé didn’t want actual people looking topper at the top of the cake or we would probably be doing that with Harley, too. He wanted something more of letters/monograms. I think I might like this way better because it’s subtle, but funny if you notice it lol.

I love the topper idea you have! Our cake is only for the two of us for photos so it will be small and the guests will have other desserts provided

We have two rescue dogs who aren't big on people, so they won't be able to attend the wedding, but we'll be doing figurines for our cake as well. One is way more rambunctious than the other, so he'll look like he's eaten a bit of the cake while the other just sits on another tier.

Pretty dogs! Harley looks a bit like your pittie mix, except she's more lanky like a Doberman. She's a wild child for sure haha!

So cute, I love photos of those cake toppers! We have two dogs and a cat and I finally figured out how to incorporate them, other than having our photo albums out that have photos of them. They’re going to be photobooth props! I just ordered head cutouts of all three of them and they’ll be with the Photobooth for everyone to take pictures with. Very happy they get to be a part of such a fun part of our day.

These are all really fun and cute ways to incorporate pets! Love it. I had a 8x10 photo of my cat by the bar/beverages to symbolize that it was “her” bar. The photo also had the words “Sara’s Bar” above her head.

I love that you are doing the cake toppers with your beautiful dog . I also like the ideas of the cut out heads for the photo shoot . It's so great that you want to incorporate your rescue dog - animals are so important to us aren't they .

Ours are family and spoilt too . But we love doing it and they love it. Both of our dogs are rescue dogs too .
