The Mrs. Box - Is it worth it?

Amazon has a ton for way less. They have different shapes and sizes some with spaces for 2 rings.

I saw an add for these on Instagram the other day and kind of scoffed at them at first, but then actually went to the site and realized they're super cute! I have a "bride" dish that I keep my engagement ring in right now so I can always see it, so I'm not sure how much use I'd really get from a fancy ring box. If you want other options, Etsy should have some good alternatives.

I had to look this up to see what it was. I personally don't think it is worth it. You can find beautiful ring boxes on Etsy for way cheaper and a lot more unique.

You can get basically the same exact thing on Amazon or Etsy for way cheaper.

Sorry if this is a silly question, but how is this any different from a reasonably priced ring box?? Does it have any actual features, or is it just priced for the brand name?

If it seems worth it to you, go for it, but I'd personally go with others' suggestions and go to Etsy for something just as special but for a lower price!

Yikes! I just looked up how much they are. That is crazy expensive! I agree, go to Amazon or Etsy. Another option is, if you have a city with a jewelry/diamond district, they should have a store where they sell this stuff at wholesale prices. This I'd the one I got in the diamond district in Manhattan for $8. The outside is real wood.

I think the idea is so cute but the Mrs. Box was way too pricey. Check out Etsy! I haven't purchased anything like this for the wedding yet but I've found a few that were much less expensive.

I never heard of this until your post! I don't think it's worth the price. You could find a cute ring dish or box on Etsy for a decent price! To each their own.

Luckily our photographer is huge on details shots and has lots of different colored Mrs boxes and silk ribbons! If you have lots of extra disposable income then I say why not. There’s other velvet boxes out there but I’m really detail oriented and can tell they don’t look the same.

I've honestly never heard of it before. My photographer from a previous wedding took our rings and got some really good shots of them. She just posed them a few different ways, getting some of the decorations from the wedding in the background, and it turned out great.

I 100% splurged on a Mrs. Box and I adore it. They are soooo cute, well made, and I love the monogram. I originally got it because I hated putting my rings in two separate boxes each day, so I got a double box. I actually have two now. I bought a second one to hold a few other nice rings that I have. I definitely wish I had bought before the wedding to use for photos.

My photographer keeps one with her at all times and loves it. I wasn't willing to spend the money on it. Maybe ask your photographer if they have one to use for detail shots.

The lower photo are the ring boxes we got to keep our rings in and they work just fine.

I found ones just like them on Etsy for 15-30$. I personally got ours from AllenGleur on etsy and it came out beautiful and it was a double ring box so our best man can keep it in his pocket and the rings won't get lost or scratched.

I got mine off of etsy for about half the price. They turned out beautiful! Slot for both engagement ring as well as wedding band - I think I paid about $23? So fabulous - and well worth that price.

I found a store on Etsy name Liron Tresor selling high quality ring boxes for 20-30 $ and you can add initials as well. Super cool and affordable I got one for my self and one for my fiance :-) so excited to use it for our photos and for the wedding day !

I finally took the plunge on one after a few months because I wanted a really high quality product that would stand the test of time. One of my bridesmaids is an artist and created a beautiful custom engraved monogram that I could upload and get added to the top of my box! Can't wait to receive it!
