The little things people have forgotten...

Oh wow, great advice ladies! I made sure to put our names first on the list because I didn't want to forget haha. And vendors, I made sure to ask our venue if they had to be included in the final count and they said yes. I would want to make sure our DJ and photographer would have meals too, of course, but wasn't sure if I had to provide that number or not. (Or venue is all inclusive, or mostly inclusive haha)

@jennifer s wow I'd never ask my mom to drive and miss TWO hours to get earrings. That's awful! That being said - I'm gonna make myself a list. Goodness

This wasn't me but I was a personal attendant at a wedding recently and we all thought everything was there well about 20 minutes before the wedding the bride said "I forgot the unity sand" she wanted it very bad so I thought to go into the kitchen and ask if they had anything we could use instead. We ended taking sugar and coloring it green with food coloring and leaving the other white. Well let's just saw the food coloring made it really stick together and came out of the jar in a solid clump. All the guests thought it was funny and was a good ice breaker since the groom was so nervous

@wifeytobejuly lol she is unreasonable like that though. She ruined her moms experience of her wedding, and her own wedding pictures (cos you can see she is upset) over a pair of earrings.

I ended up forgetting my borrowed bracelet for the big day. My Moh surrendered hers for me to wear during the ceremony. We also forgot to give each other our rings so MOH had to go up the grooms room and exchange them. We wore them to the big day since we were married 2.5 months early at the hospital. You can see our wedding bands in our getting ready pictures LOL

My DH left all the boutonnières in the fridge (for himself, GMs, and RBs). I didn't even notice though until he said something on the way to the reception.

I did the same thing with numbers! We prepaid so there is no going back on numbers and we will have to pay if more show up but we have had more than enough declines so we fit!

Good question! Now I know to make sure I have a list and double check.
