The Faux Bouquets Etsy shop

Hey Erin! These bouquets are really beautiful!

You have obviously read the reviews for this store. From their Etsy store, their reviews seem largely positive. Did you find external reviews about the store?

What exactly is concerning you about their service? Have you considered contacting the seller and asking some of the questions that you are curious about?

They make beautiful work but I inquired about a custom bouquet with them and was really turned off by their method for custom work. They allow you to send in only like, two or three inspiration photos and you have to pay an extra 20% of the total price of the bouquet in order to see pictures of the bouquet to approve or make changes before shipping. Otherwise, you just have to trust that you love what they made and don't have any details you want to change based on those inspiration photos. I assume they'd do a great job, but the principle of having to pay 20% extra just to see and approve the bouquet before shipping was BIZARRE to me and I refused to go ahead with it. Since many people choose faux flowers for the ability to see them before the wedding and change and adjust exactly what they want, there's no benefit with going with them over a real florist.

One more to add: I was also turned off by the fact that they refuse to take any kind suggestion that even a real florist would, e.g. "I'd like to make sure my bouquet has pink roses, they're my favorite flower." I requested a specific flower to be included and they told me they don't take specific requests like that. Like sure, you can include inspo pictures of bouquets with pink roses, but they seem to pride themselves on not wanting too many inspiration photos so it doesn't sully their creative process, so if they just decide not to include the flower you like, you're SOL unless you paid for the upgrade. All of this is to say that I'd only use them if you love a specific bouquet they have in their shop and want it recreated, not if you want something custom that needs to include specific flowers or elements you want.
