So then I stumbled upon Anomomlie, they custom make your dress and if you don’t like it they’ll take it back. Sooooo I ended up trying to merge the 3 dresses and to satisfy my princess dreams I added a full over skirt to my custom fitted gown.
Fast forward to now... i get my customDress in, at first I’m amazed, then I start nit picking the details. They offer to cover cost of all corrections and alterations, so I decided to keep it because I felt confident in the alterations. I just went for my second fitting, and I feel like I hate the dress... it’s not getting worse but when I look At myself in it, it’s not getting better either. And to top it off it doesn’t feel comfortable or sexy or attractive at all for me. It’s underwhelming and kinda blah, I took everything I loved about each dress I tried on and instead of being wow it’s very muted, it doesn’t highlight any of my wants well. Im not getting that wow factor from it like I did with the first dress. Is it wrong to just say screw it and buy a new dress and chalk this up to a mistake? I’m so torn and feeling very guilty for it
I might also mention that the custom dress is kind of uncomfortable to move in, I asked them to make it right, because otherwise it looks baggy on me and frumpy
