Find a fitness regimen that you enjoy that you can stick to even beyond the wedding. Think of this not as just shedding some pounds for your wedding but as helping you be active and have an overall healthy lifestyle

I know for me diet was a hugeeee aspect. You can workout all you want but if you’re not eating correctly, it isn’t going to help much. Try to change up your diet a little? Less snacks, more veggies and fruits? And find a workout plan you like. I like using the myfitnesspal app or even weight watchers to track my food!

I’m in the same boat. Got engaged while still in nursing school and gained so much weight. My dress can zip up only halfway 😪. I’ll be starting a weight loss regimen

Definitely needing to lose 25 pounds. I have been averaging 1 pound a day for two weeks. I have Cut out salt, soda, drinking equate meal replacement shakes and lots of water. I eat one decent meal a day and a special k protein bar. I started walk a bit and keep in mind to wiggle and move around a lot during ordinary tasks! Good luck!

I have a hard time losing weight as well. I am trying to eat good, cut out beer, exercising (something that's enjoyable as others mentioned). I have also been getting wraps to help detox and lose inches. Im not usually into fad things, but it does help. It actually started out used in the medical field but they also saw outward benefits. This does not replace drinking water, eating right, and exercising. Its just a nice adjunct. May see if there's something like that available in your area.
