My local dollar store carries 4x6 frames for $1. I remember seeing black and gold, but they could be spray painted any color.

I'm using the ones that OTW suggested. I saw them at IKEA a couple of weeks ago. At first they only had them in ivory. When I went this past weekend, I saw them in black. They are the cutest double-sided frames I've seen so far. And I LOVE the price!

I saw picture frames at Dollar Tree too. They had all different colors, and as someone else mentioned, you could probably order them online for that large of a quantity.

They have plastic ones for $1 at walmart

They have cardboard ones that come in white and black and have 3 sided ones online I just googled it because I'm giving them for favors for the photo booth and I'm paying 43 cents for each of mine
