The best concealer for bruises?

You would be best to look into concealers/foundations that can cover tattoos. That's probably the only way you can cover these marks up. I don't have any specific recommendations for this, but I wouldn't use a normal face concealer since it likely wont work.

I've heard Kan Von D's concealer is like magical. It's made to cover tattoos and should work for bruises too.

I've had great success with the Dior Airflash Spray although I don't have experience trying to cover up bruises with it. I've also heard that Kat Von D and Tarte make good concealers as well. I've also read that you can somehow use lipstick to cover bruises?! I'd watch the tutorials online for how to do that, I've never done it myself!

I also recommend icing the bruises as soon as you can!! I've noticed that it helps a ton with helping them go away faster
