Ask the party rental business for recommendations. That is part of the job description.

That is so unprofessional to not get a call back. Have you checked Instagram or Yelp or Thumbtack.com? Monday is a holiday so most businesses are closed but contact them on Tuesday and go down the list till you get a response.

We are doing a backyard wedding with 60 guests and dj space and dance floor space. We are getting a tent that is 30 x 45. The place we are renting from said that would be the perfect size for what we want. Idk if this helps but I hope it does

I was told by our rental company that a 40x20 tent will fit 80 people. But we werent planning to fit a dance floor under that so I would probably try to get the biggest size they have if you can afford it just so you know people will not be right on top of each other

We had 104 guests, 17 tables (round and square mixed) and a dance floor in the center. I think our tent was 100x60 and was perfect! We had 6 feet between tables as well for spacing. If you are near Lake Erie, we used Party Plus and they were awesome!
