Not sure where you are at, but I was told that in the area where I'm getting married you can rent tents from the city for super cheap. Supposedly a couple hundred dollars. Maybe that is a normal thing in a lot of areas? I am going to look into it for a back up plan in case the weather goes nuts. We are getting married near Battleground, WA.

I got them through our tent vendor. The tables are $8/ table and the chairs are $2.50 a piece. Our "sweetheart" table is $80 because it's a farm table and that was the most expensive table they offered. Whomever you go through will have different options with different prices.

Altogether, it was about $1700 for a 40x60 tent, all my tables, chairs, cocktail tables, lighting, dance floor. And I'm adding a generator for $100.
