Did anyone else use Tendr.com for their cash wedding registry? We did because we saw it suggested here on wedding wire. However, I have still not been able to retrieve our money. When I try to submit my info, the actual submit button doesn't try to connect to anything. I contacted their support though email (they have no phone number) and the service rep said he had no issues. I tried a different computer (PC instead of Mac) and different browser (IE instead of Firefox) and still had the same problem!
Just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem. I'm questioning the validity of this service. The service rep's solution was to have me give him my info for him to submit. I'm wary of giving him my bank info and SSN though.
