Hi all! I am having a semi destination wedding so I will Be making welcome bags for guests staying at our hotel. In it, I’d like to include a page or brochure of things to do in the area, as well as a timeline of events for the weekend. I have searched endlessly online and only wedding timelines for the bridal party/planner show up. Anyone have a template of their own? Or any ideas or links? Thanks

This was ours! The note was on the front and timeline on the back.

I am obsessed with that! I think I’d put a “things to do” on the front and a shorter welcome message to have it all fit.... love!

Thanks! Yeah we were going to put some brochures and things to do but everyone ended up staying in different areas so we just listed some of our favorite places on the wedding website.

I want to do that but no one is reading our site lol. People keep asking me questions that I listed very clearly on the site and they’re like “oh didn’t even realize you had a site” hahaha

We made our RSVPs online only for that reason! I worked hard on our site and wanted people to see it haha.

I made this, we're getting married in Hawaii and everyone is staying at one of 3 hotels all in same area. I'm tying to the front of the welcome bags.

It's different layers each one has different info, the itenarary, different phrases in Hawaiian, and things to do in the area. Thank you it's getting close.
