Teeth whitening

I did teeth whitening at my dentist and loved the results! Well worth it from my experience.

I used snow teeth whitening system and it worked pretty quickly. I also loved the packaging.

Crest White Strips! My hubby did a Zoom treatment at a dentist for his 1st wedding and swears that’s what what his teeth fragile and his front tooth chipped on his honeymoon. Then his regular dentist fixed it and advised against any dentist whitening treatments—too harsh.

I've been using Crest 3D Whitening toothpaste. Unsure how well it's working but makes me feel good. I've heard professional and strips can damage your teeth, I definitely did not want to chance that.

I second the crest white strips, used in the past for just a few weeks before events and was really impressed!

My mom, grandmother and i are going with the old wives tale of swishing hydrogen peroxide.

Do not swallow it!

My mother was informed by her dentist years ago that this actually works. If you look, most of the teeth whitening products (pastes, gels, etc.) list hydrogen peroxide as their first ingredient.

Reiterating because its important: SWISH IT, DONT SWALLOW, and rinse with water afterwards.

This wont produce drastic results very quickly but it will do the trick over time (a couple of months).

As a 15 year veteran of the dental field, your best results will be from a dental office.

The only over the counter product I would recommend is Opalescence GO! which can be found on Amazon.
