Teeth whitening

Brittnee, on March 11, 2020 at 6:02 AM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 13
Hey y’all! I’m looking for teeth whitener that I can get OTC. I’m currently looking for a local dentist in my area, but I know that will be expensive. What have y’all used or what are y’all doing to make sure you have bright pearly whites on your big day?

Crest White strips has always worked pretty well in my opinion! I’m a dental assistant you’d be spending at least $250 on getting them whitened at the dentist office when you could get crest white strips for less than $40. Beware you may have some teeth sensitivity with either choice so if you already have sensitive teeth be aware of that

Definitely Crest White Strips. I used the professional effects 7 day pack for my engagement pictures and they worked great! Didn't even use the whole pack but I could tell a big difference.

I heard crest whitestrips are amaaaazing. Someone also gave me advice not to use the 30 min unless you're going to an event or something where photos will be taken because your teeth will feel extra sensitive.

I used crest whitening strips. I don't have sensitive teeth so they were easy to use. They have a few different ones, some that take a day and some that take weeks. My husband has pretty sensitive teeth, so he uses a whitening mouthwash, whitening toothpaste, and a teeth whitening light & paste he got at Walmart. I'd avoid drinking black coffee or soda (or drink through a straw) too.

I'm using crest white stips for sensitive teeth. I used the regular ones years ago and made my teeth so sensitive. I was so scared to use those until i got the sensitive one. Boy is it a big difference.

I love Crest white strips. I've been using them since high school and use them about a month before a big event to touch up. That's what I plan to use for my big day.

I use Crest ProHealth HD it comes with a Purifying Cleanser toothpaste and a polishing perfecting gel and can be found at Target for I think 13 bucks! Every time I use it I see a difference!

Thanks for posting. I was scrolling through to see if anyone said any recommendations for those with sensitive teeth.

I don’t have terribly yellow teeth, but all those coffees.... So yeah.... However, I am too worried about the side effects, so I will photoshop the pictures 🤣
