Teenage flower girl

Marissa, on January 2, 2020 at 6:19 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 5
So my FH and I are particular close to a family not related to either of us. Their kids are basically our nieces and nephew. The older girl (14/15 freshman in high school) really wants to be our flower girl. What are your thoughts?

If we do incorporate her she would be going down the isle with our 2 yo nephew who is our ring bear (basically making sure he goes the right place), and carrying a basket/bucket of baby’s breathe!
Thanks in advance

I think that will be perfect. My only concern about a teenager being a flower girl would be if they felt they were too old for the role, but if she wants the role why not!

Nothing wrong with it. Especially since she wants to do it. Or maybe a jr. Bridesmaid?

You could do that or make her a junior bridesmaid and have her walk the little ones down.
