Tea Ceremony pillows

BrooklynBride, on August 13, 2017 at 8:19 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 2

Hey everyone,

For the tea ceremony, I was wondering where other brides have found their red pillows?

For those who don't know, tea ceremonies are common in some Asian cultures. (I'm Chinese). Essentially, the bride and groom kneel on red pillows to present tea to their elders.

I will be looking at amazon, maybe Etsy, etc but I was hoping to find decent pillows for our knees.

Thanks in advance!

We're doing one as well! Are you incorporating it before the western ceremony or how? Smiley smile

No western ceremony for us.. just gonna go to city hall for that. I've seen some people do the tea ceremony just before the western ceremony.

I tried googling it and using amazon/target. I see regular pillows too, but the more "fancy" ones are for Catholic ceremonies or quincineras. I kinda want kneeling pillows so our knees will be fine after all the million relatives FH has.
