Tattoo dress opinion

Lindsay, on March 6, 2022 at 10:52 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 4
So I am getting married on August 5th. This is my dress. I have arm tattoos which I normally wouldn’t mind showing. I started getting a couple removed a while ago and there is no way they would fully be removed by the wedding. They are partially faded and I don’t want to look trashy. Any advice? Should I look for a long sleeved dress or try makeup? https://www.morilee.com/product/bridal-wedding-dresses/morilee/agatha-wedding-dress/

Your dress is very pretty, Have you thought about getting your arms airbrushed to cover it? Seen a wedding show where they did that. and it looked very natural.

They have makeup that covers tats if you don't feel they would look right with your dress. There is nothing trashy about ink, we all have it for our own reason's. It is about what you like and think you should do Smiley smile

Your tattoos are part of you so I would leave them alone without trying to cover them. Makeup could potentially rub off onto the dress. Take a look at offbeatbride.com for inspiration of tattooed brides who didn’t cover any.

Fellow tattooed bride! Not intentionally covering any of my ink! If you are unhappy with them and don’t want them exposed you can try to cover with makeup or sleeves but they are part of who you are…you won’t look trashy. How do you feel about them when you are wearing the dress?
